Jacquzzi and pool nice but no showers? The regular Charter bus to the slopes was excellent and a lovely mild mannered gentleman driver.

5 nights and rooms not cleaned once or bins emtied, zero maid service! This was quite appaling, we even put sign out for a clean but as we had not left the maid ignored it. We paid a top dollar price for 5 nights for 2 x families of 4 only but only 6 of us arrived to find just 2 rooms with 2 x double beds squeezed into each room, only towels for 2 in each room. 2 x cups and coffee for 2 only in each room. No cutlery in room and glasses for just 2 people. We arrived at 3pm but had to wait until after 5pm to get our rooms but had to leave on 5'th day by 10am. Mon and Tues no restaurant or food available on the entire hotel premises, 5* price but 2* facilities. On leaving as a paying guest you are chsrged $30 per day for parking yourself in their underground carpark. Scandelous to be honest, a proper rip off!

the staff! amazingly friendly and super helpful. you can ski and and ski out or hop on the shuttle and say hi to George:) he’s the best!

Parking, very clean spacious room, helpful ski rental on property, delicious breakfast with wonderful waitstaff Mary and Lorraine, nice hot tubs and indoor pool, convenient shuttle to slopes, close to BC village and good restaurant (yummy lamb shank!)

Property is big so it takes a day or so to get the lay of the land!

Hotel restaurant was closed our first two days AND WE HAD TO GO OUT IN SEARCH OF BREAKFAST BEFORE SKIING. No microwave in room and small refrigerator

the staff at the accommodation were very helpful and friendly. It is in a ski in ski out location(sort of) some stairs to negotiate. The outside hot tubs are a great way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.

Charter is a great location, wonderful staff, and the room was perfect for my wife and I. Love the wood burning fireplace.

Room was newly remodeled and clean. Lol

Check in was not until 5 pm and check out was 10 am. We have two kids and a dinner reservation right at 5pm so we were unable to check in until after dinner and getting everyone packed up by 10 AM is a lot of work. Also we didn't find out until we arrived that breakfast was not offered on Monday or Tuesday so that was another inconvenience with younger children.

The Charter is pretty close to the base. easy walk.

Limited food, but the buffet breakfast was pretty good, but pricey. No coffee shop available.
