Room was newly painted and clean ; bed linens etc clean Breakfast was hot and choices were available.
One small elevator. Towels very thin. Bathroom floor could use a deep clean

not enough towels in room initially. We stayed in a suite and had to go downstairs for linens for the 3rd bed.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff,especially the wonderful lady at the front desk, were the nicest, friendliest, staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Absolutely amazing!!!

The staff were all very pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is perfect for visiting our college kids.
The air conditioner was squeaking, the fan would not work, and I could not get hot water to come out of the sink. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they made everything right. Kudos to them for customer service/satisfaction recovery.

What I liked about the hotel was the location.
There are no closets, at least in the room I was in. The back door near my room was tapped so ANYONE could come in or out of the building, which is unsafe. The pillows need to be changed, bedding was questionable.

I liked the staff members there. They were very helpful and very nice. Especially Antonio! Love his personality and his great way of doing his job! The breakfast was good.
I didn't like the fact that there was other people's hair in the bathtub. It wasn't very appealing to me. The shower curtain too.

Newer property that was nice and clean! Great location after our visit to Palo Duro Canyon. Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices!
