The staff elevator was broken.

The young woman working at the desk was helpful. There was no power that night and she did the best she could. The same cannot be said for the manager who could not be bothered with coming in to deal with stranded guests.

Room was clean and comfortable
looked like a heavy metal band had previously been in the room and the fixes to everything were shoddy
The elevator was out which did not hinder us since we were on the second floor. At check out, when I attempted to talk to the front desk person they were very defensive with me when I attempted to say something about the room and then I explained it didn’t necessarily affect our stay

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, convienient
Handicap room needs pole in tub to position shower at reachable level and narrow h shaped grab bar at outside front of tub. A fold down shower bench would, also be good. The tub is not usable, as is, for someone who cannot stand steadily, lean and reach.

We are Seniors. Elevator broken wouldn’t put us on first floor because “we used a third party booking” Had to carry our bags up two flights.
Overpowering PineSol smell and sticky floors and yet it was dirty in the corners. It was raining window leaked big puddle on top of heating unit.

Location was perfect and allowed our dog at a fair price.
The room was dirty, breakfast had to of been microwaved it was horrible. Beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were absolutely the worst pillows I have ever tried to sleep on. We tossed and turned all night because it was hot as the air unit was not working properly. Was also double charged for my pet and employee seems annoyed that he needed to refund me the money back. Would stay again but only if it were at a cheaper rate and would bring my own personal items like pillows etc.

Breakfast was excellent and offered gluten free options including fresh cooked eggs and sausage, fruits, oatmeal, yogurt, and GF cereal options! The cleanliness and vibe was superb. Our room had a beautiful view of the forests and hills (looked like mountains) to the east. Many shopping and dining conveniences nearby including excellent drivethru car wash and an urgent care center within a mile or so .
The shower Pressure was a little lower than I prefer but was way better than many places I've stayed. I wish they used 4 cup coffee makers in the room rather than single cup brewer.

Great selection for breakfast nd staff was very helpful. Very convenient location close to off ramp and several locations to get a meal.

Acceptable for on road travelers, short term stay. Bed was very comfortable. Location is just off Interstate and next to a Restaurant.
The room was clean, but in rough shape. Towel rod was pulled from the wall with no repair to the drywall. I had booked a single king bed about 15 minutes before we arrived and was given a double queen.

Breakfast is good. Excellent open hours and dedicated good staff keeping everything well organized.
During breakfast I wish I could have a ripe banana and only green ones were available. So I better got an apple and an orange. Coffee was good.
