Room was nice and clean. Coffee in Room microwave and refrigerator.

3 light fixtures did not work. Water was dripping in bathtub.

Where do I begin! The smell of cigarettes in the hallways and our room was disgusting. I met my daughter for a girl’s weekend of shopping at the outlet mall and we hadn’t seen each other for 4 months so this was a big deal for us! My 10 month old granddaughter has asthma and we planned to stay 2 nights but the smell and filth was so bad we left after one night. The paint peeling off the walls and the curtains torn and barely hanging up. we asked for a different room hoping the smell would be better and it wasn’t. I was told that the staff couldn’t do anything about people smoking in the room. apparently they can’t do anything about the filthy rooms either. The bathroom had hair everywhere so we didn’t even take a shower, just got up on Saturday and went back to our homes. Beyond disgusting and disappointing.

I was able to arrive late at night.

The first room we were given was not cleaned. The beds were not made and there were bottles all over in the room. The room we were given in place of the first room had a broken facet so you couldn't use the sink. There was a rip in the chair, lamp shade and box spring. Also, the floor tiles in the bathroom were busted and the the tub, mirror and headboards were not clean. When we told the staff they just had excuses and did not do anything to make it up to us. I will never stay there again!!!

We came for our anniversary and loved the peace and quiet. Was so relaxing. Plus it was close to home.

The only thing we didnt like was the pool was down for remodeling. But didnt matter we still like the stay.

This place was dirty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. I found a old noodle bowl laying by the bed. The floors were sticky and the bathroom floor was busted and tub was filthy. Chip crumbs all over the staircase

Nice, clean hotel room. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but it was free. Staff was friendly.

When we checked in, we requested that our bill be put on a different credit card. The staff member said it wouldn't be a problem and took the new card. However, when we checked out, the card we didn't want used had been charged with the deposit and they said there wasn't anything they could do to refund that money or put it on the new card. After speaking with a manager, they did put the majority of the bill on the new card, but it did cause some inconveniences.
