Convenient location, nice grounds

Our unit needed repairs - broken screen door - rusty light fixtures, holes in upholstery on Dining room chairs, windows over kitchen sink rusted and needed paint , difficult to open , toilet water ran for 30 minutes after after flushing, area around sink faucets yellowing , overall, unit needed to be updated or taken care of- it was tired and a bit shoddy for the price . We were disappointed. Looked like nothing had been done to the unit for many years except replacement of kitchen appliances

The rooms were filthy with con webs everywhere. Lights didn’t work in both units. The pool is not family friendly with children. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
