There are no places to hang your towels. I had to hang my wet towel on a hanger clip.

Right next door to many of the places I go while there. I live less than an hour away so it’s an area I’m very familiar with, and this hotel meets all my needs when there.

Room was VERY clean, and the AC was fantastic-- especially helpful because it was almost 90 degrees our entire trip.
Very expensive breakfast and hotel bar options. I was told breakfast was included in my cost, but upon arrival I was told that it would be an additional $20 for each of us per day. yikes!

The hotel toilet made to much noise room was supposed to be prorated and never was

Noisy area. Breakfast was not included with all rooms booked and options for food were subpar and overpriced. Ongoing Construction, although we were warned, we were warned after a non-refundable booking

The jacobs Pavillion is further away with a walk than what I expected but that's not the hotels fault

The valet and front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Also, the room was very clean with a good view.
The price was very high and the female bartender at the bar was rude.
