Staff unprofessional, no curtains to windows. Staff also charges card on file without permission. Beds do not fit frame and linens old and stained very Bad experience

Clean, comfortable and convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was pleasant. Price was very good.

Very basic breakfast - waffles, cold cereal, yoghurt, bread. No protein, no decaf coffee. They are in the middle of remodeling. Back door to building remained unlocked 24/7.

The desk agent was friendly and helpful. And there was a woman named Bobbie who was super helpful and friendly.

The outside could be spruced up a bit and my room window was at ground level with the parking lot and the Waffle House next door. There were no blackout curtains, only blinds that allowed some light to shine through, especially car headlights.

Bathroom toilet didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The new room smelled like smoke. Rear entry door was badly damaged and anyone can get in. The desk staff told my wife to make sure we lock our door because the homeless come in to the hotel frequently.

The bed and room were good, wi-fi works fine (You need to login everyday) and the Price-quality ratio was good. Location is also good.

Hotel was under renovation and some parts of the hotel were closed. The floor wasn't done and with some nails appearing.

Waited. At the front desk for over an hour hotel has no elevator and I had just injured my right knee the bed frame was for a queen bed and the mattress was a double so it made noises everytime u moved had 1 blind with many chunks taken out of it so no privacy

The location is great. Because you got restaurants shopping,gas stations ,donuts.,.

I don't like it was not going to check in which is about every weekend. They're always saying they can't find my reservation I share them confirmation number. I go there to relax. And when I arrived I just want to go to my room take a shower and lay down for a nap. Before I go to my second job. Lot of times I can't do that because it took so long to be checked in. One time it took almost an hour and a half to be checked in. Sometimes you will find coffee other times the containers empty. The walls in the shower are always got black marks going down it very dirty looking. I look behind the toilet it was a lot of dirt behind there. Sometimes you will find very loud people in the building. Which at that point I just turned up the TV. The lighting around the building if they don't turn the lights on it's very uneasy because you have people that are begging for money.
