The bed was comfortable and the room dark at night so I slept well here. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not make it down for breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location is good. I was able to get to a Panera and a Starbucks nearby.
The one issue I had with this place is that the Internet connection was hard to log into and would often disconnect itself. This was very disappointing given that I needed to work. This is how I discovered the nearby Panera and Starbucks. BTW, the Panera internet didn't work either. Go to Starbucks instead!

It was in a convenient location
There were spiders(brown recluse) in the room, tub would not drain properly, and sheets were not clean

I like the fact that it was close to our event and restaurants
It wasn't all that clean the pool was not functional we had to return our own towels to get new ones ironing board with no iron we asked for a non smoking room it smelled like someone just finished smoking marijuana not one chair to sit in we will not be booking there again

The location was good. Very close to the ballpark. Close to the mall area.
The beds were terrible. Plus very old bed linens. The phone cords were cracked and staticky. The security lock on the door was hanging and not functional. We could smell Marijuana coming thru the cracks under our door where people were on the balcony smoking. This place needs a renovation bad!

Pricing
Trashy, whole backside is essentially drug deals happening the whole time. Not at all ideal for families. Lobby looked like it had water damage and all rooms smell like smoke even though it's a "smoke free" room.

I will say friendly staff and very friendly clean up staff. I book online for better deal. Very quiet and clean rooms,Tv , phone, Microwave, Refrigerator all in room coffee maker,and hair dryer. I enjoy my stay while am there.

The room was clean and presentable.
My key wouldn’t unlock the door, so I had to go back downstairs to get the clerk to unlock the door with a master key, then he stated that if I left the room that he would have to come back and unlock the door. The worst part was the heat didn’t work.

Right off highway but that’s the only good thing!
NASTY!!!! Main light switch not connected to a light…making entry in after dark…terrifying! worst up keep I’ve ever seen! completely disgusting!

It was a nice and clean stay
That I had to leave because someone knocked on my door intoxicated and I wasn't even there after spending over 900 dollars for 2 weeks.

Service was fantastic front desk manager was extremely wonderful and nice and made my check in very easy but once getting to the room I was highly upset room smelled of cigarettes mold everywhere people arguing all night there were roaches in the room and a giant hole under my bathroom sink on the wall. Shower curtain didn’t connect properly so water spilled on the floor while showering overall wouldn’t recommend then stay to anyone but again front desk was AMAZING!
