Price comparison was a little higher than some of our friends were charged, at the same property and different properties. Could hear the highway traffic thru the window, as well as the folks upstairs thru the ceiling.

The room that I was expecting and picture that was showed is NOT what I received the hotel staff charged Me an extra $10 for an roll away bed!! If the picture had not showed me a let out couch I would have not booked that room

The woman tending breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. It made for a great start to our day. We were all excited to use the automatic pancake maker.

HIE is a fabulous hotel chain. As always, the hotel was super clean, well lit, and staff was super welcoming and helpful.
My only complaint was that parking was a bit hard to find, but still adequate.
