Amazing choices! Offered more than other places we have been !

The televisions are out of date but other than that it was spectacular!

Everything was great. We have been here before and love it so we will continue to come back. It was my wife’s birthday.

Nothing. Everything was amazing as usual. Maybe larger size bath robes in the rooms. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Had a great view of the harbor.

Property could use some upgrading. Some people might be bothered by the harbor sounds, i.e.; fog horn all night.

Holden, the late night clerk, could not have been more gracious, helpful, accommodating, and welcoming when we arrived after a difficult drive. We arrived around 11:30 PM and he was bright eyed cheerful and friendly . He is truly an asset to your organization.! The view from our room was delightful and we enjoyed the comforting fireplace .

I telephoned the office before 7 PM to explain that we were going to be arriving much later than I had expected. We were going to be driving route one late at night in the dark. It is a curvy mountainous road with deer all along the route at night. The female receptionist gave me a very curt, almost abusive response when I explained our predicament. The next morning I asked for an additional hour to check out because we had arrived so late. I was offered no apology just a brusque “ no we have people coming into your room”.

The decorative pillows smelled had to buy lysol,the plate had food stuck to it,the Wi-Fi was spotty

In the morning (July 22), we went to get breakfast. The woman behind the desk was horrid. She shouted at another person for trying to put oat milk in her coffee. We were shocked and the other customer looked like she was going to cry. The coffee was empty so we asked if there was anymore and the woman growled at us and put out new coffee. She was a VERY unpleasant woman. We were very happy to check out
