I liked how low key the hotel was it was very empty quiet only seen like one other couple besides the employees.

The guy at check in didn’t even us his name at check in. I’m upset that they weren’t very clear at what the water park hours were on their website I didn’t see them and by the time we got there the water park was already closed because they were slow. Then they weren’t open on Monday either the following day which was very frustrating. I would not have paid that much for a room if I would of know that the water park was closed

We love that it was catered to the age of our young children. The experience as a whole was great.

Our room was not very clean. There were many areas where dust was collecting. It seemed as though a stain was left on our duvet cover. The toilet paper had about 12 sheets left when we walked in for our stay. Our freezer in the fridge was frozen over so I could not utilize it for breast milk for our baby.

Paying over $2000 for weekend and no housekeeping. Then still added hotel service fee. Check-in next to me paid 1/2. Won't reserve ahead again

Fairly close to home, easy to get to. we were here the same weekend last year and had a great time! it was so much fun, I brought my 12 year old grandson and it was perfect!

Those claw games were impossible! frustrating for the kids. Seriously, those claws wouldn’t stay closed on anything.

Awsome hotel the waterpark omg we love it

conveniently located. water park and trampoline park in same building.

Room was clean and well maintained.

The lazy river and slide was not open. One of the biggest reasons we stayed with kids. The pool closed early. (9PM) which impeded other plans do the kids could swim a bit.

NOTHING WAS OPEN! Not only were the waterpark and attractions closed, but so were the restaurants. I would have stayed somewhere that at least offered breakfast for the same price as this hotel. Not impressed!

Nothing was open. I was not told this when I booked. When I found out--I called and they promised me the waterpark would be open on my departure day. However, they did not mention that only the pool was open. Even their outdoor sign stated it was open...but it was not. I would not have stayed at this resort had I known.

Bathtub had hair in it, bathroom floor had lots of hair. Top of microwave was not dusted. That just makes me very disguised. Went to front to tell them and they didn't care what I was saying. Never sent someone to clean it either

The room was great, the jet bath was amazing.

We were unable to enjoy action city, the water park or even eat in the restaurant because it was all closed it was a total waste to even be there. Since we paid to get the free wrist bands and didn't even get to use them.

We arrived on a Thursday and left on a Monday. During the weekend they were booked, but when we first arrived and by the time we left there was no one but us there. with that being said, I get why the hours are they way they are but they were a little inconvenient. Not open until 4pm on Thursday and then not open at all on Monday. it would have been nice to be able to wear the kids out in the water park or on the trampolines before our drive home. Lastly, our family is pretty active so it was a little disappointing to find out there was no type of gym or workout space within the facility.

Clean, modern, plenty of amenities. Bed was so comfy! Most importantly, my daughter and her friends had a blast!

One thing- our door latch “stuck” and maintenance did not get there to fix it during our stay. With 4 11 year olds, had to constantly remember to pull the door closed.
