The walls are paper thin, my goodness. I am a very light sleeper. The hotel was very noisy, I was able to hear everything

I love the breakfast, friendliness of staff, location, that the hair and body wash are USA made and environmentally conscious. Plenty of Free parking . Clean.

Housekeeping could do a little better with corners in bathrooms cleaning.

the lighting in the room.wass very poor. I feel the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before us. when we opened a draw there was a bag pf used baby diapers in it. ( if the room was cleaned they would have not been there. the window leaked. asked for towels and toilet paper an tissues and they were not delivered tp the room so we had to go to the front desk and get them for ourself. when we opened our curtains all we saw was the roof. draws were to small to fit anything in it.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport was important. The breakfast is always a huge selling point and did not disappoint. Very pleased with selection and quality of the food. The staff member in the food service area was excellent!

We arrived at the hotel fairly late and very tired, and did not want to go through the hassle of changing rooms at that hour (the beds were made and looked fine), so here's what we decided to put up with...dirty carpet and flooring (small glitter decorations all over); totally empty tissue container in the bathroom; used, wet washcloth in the bathtub area; loose outlet receptacle on the lamp base (exposed electrical wires when unplugging phone); alarm clock was left set for six a.m.; discovered the empty shampoo dispenser when already in the shower; and the door handle on the bathroom door came off the assembly twice (I think I may have successfully reinstalled it before I left). So yes, I'm guessing Hampton would have made things right if we had gone back down after discovering the first few of these issues, but we were just that tired, and shouldn't have had to face any of these issues in the first place!

the location is great if you intend on going to multiple towns around Buffalo; easy access to highways, and across the street from the airport. property was clean, coffee and tea available 24-7

breakfast wasn’t that great
