Non smoking room reeked of smoke smell. I could hear the neighbors tv until about 2am.

This is very nice, basic accommodation. We were on our way back home from a long road trip and this was a stop for us to break up the trip. The owners are very nice, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. It is clear that they care about their property.
This met my expectations. We could have used instructions on how to use the TV. We are not big TV watchers and not familiar with Dish.

Clean, well appointed with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, A/C, heater, reliable wifi, large flat screen and satellite dish TV, large shower. Everything except the one bed (mattress) in the room is in good shape. Friendly owners.
Room 25, bed by door. The metal springs can be felt when lying on the side closest to the lamp. The other bed has a very comfortable mattress. The wall-mounted A/C is very loud but it works well and it does cover the street noise pretty well.

Room was generally okay. It had a bad elec outlet the owner quickly addressed with a temporary fix. Room smelled strongly of smoking.

The owner is amazing. There’s a couple fire pits and a neat little marked trail to walk behind the property.

The location. Trains blowing whistles as well as traffic (trucks, cars and motorcycles) being too loud on the highway all night long!!
