Natalie. The lack of office hours. Charging people for rooms they didn't get. Reservations were not honored for the time specified. Could not make changes cause she was unavailable till 8am.

There was no breakfast

I was asked/told to "Be Quiet" on Monday afternoon at approximately 1pm, by the front desk lady... It was myself and my best friend I was so upset I almost asked for the night to be canceled and leave... I was walking on eggshells the rest of my staycation Very unhappy won't go back!!!!

The room was great and looked far better than the outdated pics on their website. Obviously new carpeting and the hot tub had been freshly updated and looked very nice. There is an outdoor pool but it was still closed for off-season and we couldn't evaluate that.

Their website states: "In the morning, we invite you to join us for continental breakfast in our lobby. An array of bagels, muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast pastries are served along with juice and coffee." This is 100% NOT accurate as no breakfast of any kind was offered at any time. They seemed uninterested that their website is falsely advertising something they have zero intention of honoring. Also, the included WiFi didn't cover our room at all.

Reasonable stay for the price

Staff was a little overly persistent about NEEDING to know when we'd be there. There were children running around until late in the evening above us.

I liked how big the room was.

There was no microwave, the sheets had stains on them, they only give you one small blanket for a king size bed, there weren't any extra blankets in the room, the shower tub has a slow drain and not very much lights in the room. Not even sure if the place had vending machines, there were no signs.
