We have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they take pets, as we travel with our dog sometimes. It is a convenient location from I5.

Clean, well appointed, good location

I missed breakfast by a couple of minutes because I did not know it closed so early. The pad lock on my door was broken.

Comfortable, spacious room. Nice beds. Great pool and dog area. Helpful staff!

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were well-appointed and cleaned with care.

Proximity to the interstate and downtown theaters.

Parking was atrocious. Large campers and moving trucks blocked parking spaces, and we couldn't find parking. The staff told us that rooms couldn't be cleaned after noon, but the maid was not available when we looked for her around 10:30 and 11am. Staff was surly, unhelpful, and too busy to answer questions or hear complaints. Condescending.

It was less than usual BWs. Hubby was disappointed no biscuits and gravy like last BW.

Coffee mate creamer is gross. Bugs in whole bathroom area. For $200 per room per nite this was unacceptable. Told front desk...response was ok we will have exterminator check it. That didn't help me now. And could not take showers!

Pool....BUT jacuzzi was not working

Bugs in bathroom area, dirty towel left on the back of bathroom door, no microwave in room. Not able to use jacuzzi (broken). Coffee mate for coffee...gross. No biscuits and gravy (ya i know petty) like last BW
