The room was large with a microwave and good sized fridge. There was lots of counter space, a desk, and a place to hang clothes. There was hot coffee, but the continental breakfast was basically the offer of a muffin and/or a breakfast bar. Washing machines on site.
The room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. The tub plug didn't work so I wasn't able to soak in the tub (something I was looking forward to). The towels were decent, but not plush. The soap and shampoo was mediocre. For the rate we paid, I expected a bit more. Also, old pictures online showed a pool, but there was no pool.

The room was very cleaned and it smelled good
There was so much noise going outside and they wouldn’t stop singing someone had a big speaker outside and the noise just lasted for about 5 hours straight there no quiet. And I had to pay 25$ just so I could check in early for my room. Which was pretty unfair.

Me ofrecen un cuarto con refrigerador y micro
Pague la habitación y resulta que el precio que pa pague no lo incluye que si los quiero tengo que pagar 10 dlls mas extras por noche
Y los empleados muy despotas. Te hablan muy mal incluso querían ellos cancelar mi reserva sin yo haberlo pedido. Que por que estaba reclamando algo que ellos me ofrecieron y no lo cumplen.

Bad service , the door was damaged and didn't work the handle , we found a cockroach in the microwave and the bathroom...... Pretty bad experience at the room 131 so dirty all property

Proximity to where we wanted to go
It's a run down hotel. For the price I didn't expect much, but for sure no bugs (roaches), paint peeling (bathtub), and dirty...

The lady in recepción was realy bad and charge extra $ 40. 00 for a room that I request from the begining in the first floor.

Nothing the room was nothing like the picture. I don't like the place it was dirty is horrible. Am never gonna stay there.

it’s near the border and they had available rooms. rooms are clean and the water was hot
it seems like the girl that works on the Night Shift doesn’t like her job. Besides, in booking says they have breakfast included in the room price and once you get to the hotel they just tell you that breakfast is not available, even though covid is long gone

Nothing had I not been feeling ill and tired I would have left. I didn’t even feel like I could take a shower.
The whole room looks of the room. It didn’t feel inviting. It looks a very cheap motel. It didn’t look like the pictures in the internet.

Second time staying at this place. Location is right next to highway 35 and a few miles from shopping centers and good restaurants. Rooms were good and the AC was cold.
Did not have a bad experience with staff but customer service could be better.
