Great location and quiet rooms

Great location. Walking distance to Rutgers College Ave campus and town.

Parking is ridiculously expensive for hotel guests.

Not worth what I paid

They refused to move my room and the construction they were doing on Hotel made it impossible for me to sleep

I was swindled by the Hyatt.

The room I reserved to entertain clients was given away to someone else. The staff was dishonest with me at check in.

Quiet, Quaint, and Relaxing

The hotel was amazing, the ballrooms were big, and the restaurant was pretty The front staff was nice and even though I was not informed of the deposit they were nice about explaining it so I understood that I would get it back as soon as I checked out or by 3 days later

The bathroom door was cute but it was not suitable for number 2 situations lolll sorry but it is true.

Nice large hotel a little expensive for its interior. Bartender was amazing. You have an excellent bartender an upscale

we were able to walk to everything which we knew that's why we stayed there. We stay there several times in the past.

it's becoming dated. Still a stunning lobby, but the carpeting needs to be changed out. Kind of worn out items like luggage carts.

OverLk, I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The sauna was amazing and I loved the Two restaurants.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very courteous.

The hotel lobby was freezing and too cold, especially during the winter months. The hotel lobby could have been warmer. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room, and our room was a little chilly. Maintenance was nice to bring a heater and we received an extra blanket.
