No breakfast, except for tiny muffin squares. Staff was very helpful.
My reservation was not correct. I was first put in a smoking room when I specifically requested non smoking. The TV did not work, turns out it was unplugged.The worst was the air conditioner which was so loud a person could not sleep.

It was close to where I needed to be foe the morning
As of today I have 2 pending charges for my 1 night stay.
I'm hoping I will be refunded in a timely fashion for the double charge

Breakfast was very cheap and could barely be called breakfast. It was pre-packaged mini-muffins probably from Walmart and concentrate orange juice. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

It was close to the highway the ice machine worked coffee maker fridgetv and hair dryer alll worked
The seat on the chair was shredded the pool was ice cold the spa was out of order the bath towel was stained with blood or feces.Advertised a hot breakfast buffet was only coffee and mini muffins with dry coffee creamer juice machine was out of order sign said juice was in pitcher there was none

Lack of service and interest in service motel _itself building was fine_need to tell customers to specify non smoking when making reservations or will be put in a room reeking of smoke

Covid is more or less over but they only had muffins and coffee. It's false advertising stating that breakfast is offered.

They had the sofest pillows. I needed to sleep it was nice and quiet. Thank you.
I was asleep didnt have time to look for something to not like I just needed to sleep.

Employees, pool not heat, letting the public to pay 5 dollars to use pool , no breakfast, housekeeping use the same mop water in every room, Wyndham help desk says it is up to booking.com to help us with refund not their problem

Everything was horrible after driving 10 and half hours and needed to rest the room was hot and beds were as hard as a rock and it was very loud all night long

They allowed pets. Even though they told us after it was an extra charge.
Run down. Terrible service. Rose at front desk woke us up at 1245 am after we had been on road for 10hirs and had to take an hour to check in, told us we had children and didn’t pay for them. Say what????? Who does that??? Completely inconsiderate and unacceptable. If there was an error with the reservation which there was many before that. Why wouldn’t you clarify in the morning and charge us then. Absolutely not ok!!
Not to mention dark mold on wall/ceiling and boogers or something gross on floor towel over bathtub. Gross!!!

Manager/ Owner is very unpleasant and rude didn’t provide us with WiFi code also charged us extra for our daughter. I asked him if we can have a late check out and he wanted to charge an additional $20 .Cleanliness could be better beds & pillows were very uncomfortable.
