The staff was great and I needed milk for my baby and staff was good at getting me a cup of milk and warming it for me. I loved that because we got in really late.

Arrived after 4 and room was not ready…offered coffee/tea in lobby but was not hot.

The room was nice and comfortable. My best friend had sprain ankle. Accessible room was just right.
Too chlorine in the pool. No hot tub. U couldn't get in the shower room. NO WHEELCHAIRS
