The entire staff discriminates against their guests and they are very judgmental. I would never go back and I will tell my friends and family to stay away.

Good breakfast and convenient to our family.

Give the option to skip cleaning so we don’t have to leave Do Not Disturb up all day.

The staff was sweet and the complimentary breakfast was great. The shuttle to the theme park was awesome.

The beds were hard and the pillows have got to be some of the worst we’ve used in a hotel. The walls are too thin to keep it quiet. We dealt with sooooooo much noise while there. Didn’t get any rest!

Everything about the hotel was fine. Pleasant, helpful staff, acceptable amenities. Not the Ritz, but good value for the money. I'd stay there again,

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I checked in the staff was expecting me due to my colleague arriving prior to me. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

The friendliness of the staff and the room and accommodations.

What I didn't like was that on our last night we had no hot water. When I called the front desk they couldn't find a solution because there was no maintenance. So after being the pool we couldn't shower. When we checked in the morning they had already fixed the problem. The last thing is the fruit offered was not fresh and the watermelon taste as if it was going bad. Other than that everything was good. I would highly suggest that a maintenance should be on site as it is important.
