We did not stay for breakfast
It was filthy. Bad filthy. The chair in the room was not only work out, but had a softball sized hole in. (I have a picture if you’d like). The place was a rat-hole. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - worse than a motel.

The property was clean and quiet as usual.
I gave a lower rating on staff because I was charged more for having my son with me. My reservation was booked through Booking.com and I paid no attention to the fact that it was for 2 adults. It was myself with my 10 and 12 year old. So I was charged an extra $12 for having another person. I didn’t like this at all. They are kids and that was ridiculous.

The breakfast was not as good as it was when I stayed in April.

The woman at the front desk changed me the deposit twice . And could not fix it .

Staff was helpful and courteous.
Smelled a little like smoke. Tables and chairs in breakfast room need a good cleaning.
Carpets in rooms were not the cleanest.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. The room was very clean. Beds were beyond comfortable.
The TV reception wasn't very good and it was a clear night. The bathroom needed some upgrades.
