The location was good ,the staff was helpful

I realized the next morning my wife and myself have been bite by some type of bug I have at least 5-6 bites on my legs and my wife have several as well .. I will be checking my children when they get home from school

Very spacious and clean rooms and even though it’s not an enclosed building we didn’t hear the traffic outside.

The beds are not comfortable, it’s ok for a couple of nights but by the third night our backs were hurting. Don’t plan on going swimming, the pool is VERY small!

The reason we are disappointed is that we purposely looked for somewhere that offered two rooms for privacy as we are a blended family of 4 and require privacy between us. The suite is advertised with two bedrooms and no way states that the shared bathroom would lead into the other bedroom. As it was advertised as two bedrooms it was bad that only one bedroom had a door. If we had known this we would have just paid somewhere with one room and two beds as the amount of privacy offered would have been the same. The hotel images are also misleading with it looking like there are doors on both rooms. When asking the receptionist if we could change to two rooms, he only said we could if we paid for another room. He then asked me to send an email with my complaint/request but I heard nothing back.

Location and relatively affordable compared to other options around. Helpful staff. Room facilities included a relatively spacious fridge and microwave oven along with coffee maker.

One of the aircon units was not functioning properly so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. There was no hand-held shower head only a fixed one. The fridge should better be in the first room below the microwave oven.

This is, hopefully, an addition to my first review. The fan inthe bathroom was almost silent and you couldn't hear it outside of the bathroom. The door hinges were balanced and well-oiled and silent. This makes a difference when someone is up and down at night. The staff was superb, as I mentioned in my first review. This place is a hidden gem!

Tiny details I mentioned in my first review. VERY minor. The bed table light had only one, bright light that could be a problem if one person wants to read and the other wants to sleep. Again, Not a big deal.

HoJo Pasadena is my go to place when visiting So Calif. The best value & quality in the area. Dependable cleanliness and comfort. I have come to know some of the staff by face and name, always a welcoming smile. I appreciate the improvements and upgrades that have been going on, love the paint jobs and new wall designs in the rooms.

I miss the hot breakfasts HoJo used to provide with your booking, but besides that still a great deal.

Nothing bad at all.

Worst breakfast ever. Should not be mentioned as included. Only coffee with plastic wrapped cinnamon pastry. The juice quality is seriously questionable. The night shift personnel during my stay was not welcoming. A headache to balance water temperature in the shower. The hotel needs a full refurbishment.

the breakfast is misleading it’s just a cinnamon bun nothing else, the room are basic the shower head is dirty, the deposit is way to high 250$

The rooms were spacious and had all the amenites.

The breakfast was terrible. Bad coffee and a few raisin rolls. The juice vending machine didnt work for a while. No staff around at the breakfast room. Stating that breakfast is included is misleading. So I dont think it is the best option to stay in Pasadena. I am not sure of the AC were working.
