Nothing experience was horrible

I thought the front desk staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. But other than that the place was so beautiful when you walk in. 🙂

Check in was easy! HOT TUB WAS WONDERFUL!

Nice updated room, pool, and spa clean, and spa was hot...like it should be. The food was good.

Nobody came to clean our room Saturday. Someone had thought it funny to place a do not disturb sign on our door.

Breakfast was pretty decent.

They allow open swim to the public and only have four tables in the swim area. Complete cluster F, they should have to let you know they open their pool to the public!!! Learned a lesson anyhow, never go to this place again and always ask if the trailer park is allowed in the pool!!!!!

The hotel overall was very clean, staff was cordial.

The beds in this hotel are terrible! They're extremely hard. Pillows are not standard size, or they are and then stuffed inside the pillow case and are squared off. After laying on them for a couple hours, they're flat. Waking up following an overnight stay with low back pain, sore hips, shoulders and neck isn't what I paid for. Having worked for a major mattress manufacturer, investing in a decent mattress and offering pillows that don't leave you with shoulder/neck pain would be of very wise investment. I wouldn't advise a stay here nor would I return.

The interior and location is nice. Loved the rustic feel.

Bathroom was a little small and there wasn't a table in the room. There really wasn't a place to set anything. I had to set everything on the floor.

It was nice and clean. The pool was a good temperature. Staff was friendly

The staff was so friendly. I was staying here while waiting for my brother to be discharged from the hospital. They were so nice to let me use an empty conference room to work while I waited after checking out of my room.
