Space and the arrangement of the beds. The balcony was also very relaxing
You could not run 2 hot showers at the same time though there were 2 full bathrooms.
Duvet cover had not been washed as shown by a blood stain that had not been cleaned.

Nice and cozy condo. Very spacious and great view
The extra pillows and sheets / towels had stains. The coffee pot had mold and sludge in the bottom of the coffee maker. We had to thoroughly clean it.

We liked how the property was very close to the beach, about a 3-4 minute walk. we also liked how the unit offered a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
When it came to the dislikes of this property, there were a lot. First off right as we walked into the place the floors where all crumby and sandy. I understand it’s next to a beach but the floors still need to be vacuumed or sweeped. the kitchen had pieces of food everywhere and the fridge was dirty and full of little strands of hair. in the bedrooms there were candy wrappers in the drawers and under the bed. the living room was fine until my baby was crawling and i found a huge handful of hair in her hand. very disappointed and disgusted. on top of all of that, we found out the place was mice infested. when we looked under the sink, there where mice droppings everywhere.

The location was perfect. 50 steps from the beach. Nice views. It was clean. If you are going to cook, everything is there waiting for you.
Bath towels were not clean, but we brought our own. Furnitures were outdated. Some need to be replaced. The beds are not comfortable. They make so much noise.

It wasn't clean.
Fireplace broke, showerhead missing and they were doing work in unit. Had to clean up spackling off countertops, floor,walls etc... Property management is horrible.

We loved the interior of 201. Simply coastal and nicely cleaned. Fresh. Proximity to the beach with a one block walk, and our balcony on the end gave us not only great sea breezes but also a pretty view of the ocean.
Appliances were very clean, easy to use, tv, fireplaces and central air worked percectly. Our family would 100% come back for another stay!

Please list that the indoor pool is in the adjacent Waves condo building.
Bed was hard...it wasnt bad, we are use to softer at home.

Bathroom not clean. Refrigerator not working properly. Staff didn’t seem to care. Blamed pandemic and lack of help.

The location is great within walking distance to the beach and several good restaurants!
Maintenance couldn’t be bothered to fix anything, the furnace filter had not been changed in well over a year, and the drier died on sour third day with no one fixing it!

The apartment size was fine. it was clean. A few items were worn & in need of repair. For the most part over looking the items needing repair our stay was very pleasant. It was quite, all the appliances worked.
The view was blocked by a partition, the socket in the 2nd bedroom was missing a cover, the mirror in living room was cracked, guest closet had a cracked wall, All the vents were filled with dirt & grimy.

The location and the size of our place. Very nice vacation.
The management company could of been a little more friendlier. I work for a management company and the interaction with them was below expectation especially, when they are the first people you see when you arrive.

Room layout is great. This is our 2nd year and 2nd time in corner room. Love how close you are to the beach and DE. Great area to walk in the morning. Lots of room on the beach. Quiet at night. Pool is good for when it rains or in the evening.
Check in was 4 and we had to wait 20 mins after because they were still cleaning the room. Then looked like they rushed and didn't to a real good job.

The location. Ocean City and the area.
The unit was "nasty" food in drawers, oven dirty, food in oven, refrigerator dirty, etc. There was a path in the carpet from dirt. Closet door was off the supports and leaning up in the closet in the hall. The dryer vent was clogged and pinched so the dryer did not work properly. We were past guests several times at this property. This is the worst stay in the area. The "staff" was no more than "0". There are no on site staff, so if you have an issue you have to call the real estate off some distance. They "talk" but nothing happens...... I will not be back until I see some good reviews.......... and I don't expect that.
