Excellent customer service. Front desk very helpful and friendly. However, the bed comfort was horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on concrete. For that reason, I don’t think I would stay at this location again.

Very clean.

My partner and I had a great time at this establishment. However, there was a large hole (large enough for a rat to fit through) at the bottom right corner of our room door. We had to stuff the door and use a coffee maker to keep it blocked to prevent anything from possibly coming through. Difficult to sleep with that on my mind all night.

I didn’t like paying full price for the first 2 days. 3 rd day was a great rate since my girlfriend told the manager we were down there for surgery at the Rothman institute hospital and 1st and 2nd day were still full price????? Don’t understand why when they gave us a great deal on the 3rd day because of surgery at Rothman. Only reason why we went down to your facility was because of surgery.

We loved breakfast.

Our bathroom sink took 5 minutes to drain. Our bathroom body wash was empty. There was a group of people making way too much party noise from 11pm on in the lobby area. And people were constantly walking by our room and being loud.

Everything was great in my room (339). My parents room on the other hand had some issues (331) all of the lights closest to the window didn't work. But other then that all of the staff was amazing and very accommodating. This is my second time staying there and I would probably stay there again.
