I loved the courteousness of the staff and breakfast was good

Didn't like housekeeping didn't change sheets daily..son wasted coke on bed and ot pads still there on our last nights dtay and we had to ask for extra towels daily bc it was 2 adults and two children in room

Stained carpets, mediocre breakfast, and a non-stop vacuum for your wallet. Their billing system kept placing daily holds and wrong charges against my card even after my balance was paid in full. It's been over 5 business days, and they still owe me $$$ from a "pending hold" 😒

The staff were very nice and the restaurant that was open on Sunday night was also very good and comfortable.

The bed was so hard that it caused me pain. My husband piled the quilts as well as he could for me, just so I could make it through the night - but I still badly hurt the S/I joint in my hip. Now, granted I am an older person, but still, beds should not be this hard and uncomfortable is such a nice hotel. We liked everything else about this hotel - but those mattresses are strange. They appear as though they will have some give and a little softness to them, but they actually do not.

The very considerate Front Office Manager and the entire staff made a whole lot difference in my ordinary stays in hotels specially during the holidays. Good job, team! 👍😊

The parking garage being smelling of pee. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, up to the standard of Hyatt hotels. The staff are friendly and warmly welcoming.

Rooms were clean.

The staff worked in breakfast area was extremely rude and treated my family poorly because we are different nationality. We just had to stop eating and leave the place because of the looks she gave at us while treating other table folks with extreme care.

The facility was beautiful and in a quiet area not to far from restaurants downtown.

We booked a villa on booking.com and were placed in an executive suite upon arrival. We were advised that booking.com did not check with the hotel to see if they actually had a Villa available. The managers and staff were so understanding and helpful. We stayed two nights and the first night we had to stay in a room less appealing and smaller than The Villa we actually booked. However, they ensured that we were placed in the villa we initially booked on night two of our stay. They also offered a later check out time due to the inconvenience. Parking was easy and convenient and the cleaning team was great, we came back from breakfast in buckhead and our room was reset and restocked.

I like the location

I didn’t like that we had a stain in the roof above the vent and i wasn’t a fan of being told my dogs deposit was only $75 but they charged us $100

I loved the location and the room was big enough to accommodate my family. The Barrel room had the best food very fast and the guy at the bar didn’t get his name made the best strawberry lemon drop. The facilities were very clean and there is a Starbucks on site they had drinks but not the entire Starbucks menu but I was satisfied. Also Perimeter mall is about 6 minutes away definitely a plus.

I didn’t like the lack of towels and wash cloths in room we are a family of 4 and everyday we had to ask for extra towels. That was about the only thing I didn’t like.

Loved everything here the food, location, Starbucks, and Perimeter Mall is 6 minutes away.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Enjoyed to quiet location and i feel safer at ybis location. No sketchy people hanging in hotel lobby.

Parking deck filled to capacity. Not sure what could be done. Missing door off safe

The room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and parking was very convenient. I left some bose bluetooth earbuds behind during my visit. Lagloria Williams and her staff were very helpful in getting them back to me. The entire stay was definitely first-class.

This property was really clean the ambience was great! The front desk staff was good anything we needed we were able to get except one issue we had getting towels from housekeeping but we just went to the front desk and it was taken care of! Breakfast was not your average continental breakfast the choices were good. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable! Now I will say the room can use more lighting at night it was really dim. Oh and when I checked in I didn’t know that they would hold $50 a night for incidentals which it was released once I Che led out but they should have that listed somewhere because I didn’t read that part! Overall I plan on staying here again if I’m ever in ATL again!

The parking should be cheaper per day/night I really think we shouldn’t have to pay for parking especially for the price your paying to stay there.

This was probably THE BEST hotel I've stayed in with my entire family. Very clean, the staff were nice and accommodating. The beds were super comfy. Clean pool. Parking garage right beside hotel. Quiet neighborhood.

It's a but pricey, but you get what u pay for, so I guess that's not really a complaint. The only smallest complaints were their towel ratio. I was with my family (5 total), and they would only give us 3 or 4 towels even when we asked for more. And they only had 1 microwave in the whole hotel.

The hotel was extremely clean and is a beautiful building. It's located in an area that was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also very convenient to everything we wanted to do.

did not get the room that I booked months in advanced and told that they would “upgrade” me but they didn’t and I got less then what I paid for and charged same amount. we were also charged for a breakfast that was set up as a free buffet and there was no signs or staff identifying that it wasn’t and saw nobody until a staff member arrived with a check for 20 dollars per plate (it was just eggs and an apple) and we did not get waited on at all. when I try to talk to management about it they just stared at me. This happened to multiple people while we are here. They up-charge for everything without any warning.
