The room was very nice. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom area was nice.
The breakfast was minimal. In the refrigerator was a jar of peanut butter, a jar of strawberry jelly, tubs of butter and a tub of cream cheese for the bagels. All had been used. Who knows how many people used their knife or spoon to scoop out of the containers. Not very sanitary.

We have stayed at this motel before and found it to be as comfortable and pleasant as it was the first time we stayed here. The owner is friendly and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The room was very clean, just as the reviews had stated. The room was also very quiet. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay .

Clean, comfortable, everything works--mic/fridge, lights/lamps, plumbing, hot water, tv(many channels), washer/dryer, ice machine.
Serve coffee, juice, milk, cereal, fruit; sell pop/water. Good housekeeping. Extended stay and honored booking.com price.
Appreciated clean towels each day, but could change bed sheets every 3 or 4 days.

The comfortable beds.
The nasty lights in the bathroom with the glass missing.
The sink water would not get hot or even warm.
The bathroom cabinet was made out of old wood.
The continental breakfast was minimal with coffee ice cold.

The Budget Motel is an excellent value. The motel is old and in need of renovation, but the rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. Each room has a microwave and fridge and of course free wi-fi. The owners are friendly and helpful.

It was quiet, so great for resting. On the side, were the cutest cats in the world. The owner/manager is a kind gentleman.

Bed to sleep in. Ice. Microwave was a plus. TV may have been okay, but I did not watch it.

Older hotel, looks like it could use updated carpets at least in our room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Inexpensive and a decent value if traveling thru Delta.

The room was clean. The ac was good. The bed was comfortable.
There was no way to make hot water except by using the microwave

Ultimately the rooms were just what we needed. Nothing ultra fancy just somewhere to sleep.
This is an old motel and you can tell. We got 2 rooms both rooms had no hot water, One room's bathroom fan did not have a covering. And overall the carpet in the room's and hotel could have due with a deep cleaning.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient and smooth.
Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, carpet was stained and seemed unclean. Toilet/shower room had limited access due to a large stainless toilet paper dispenser that kept the door from opening completely. Bathroom sink, etc. need a major update.

Originally, I tried booking through another site. On arrival, the other site also booked me (even without payment info) and I ended up with two bookings. The owner had to work to make sure the booking.com reservation was honored, and not the other one.
