The manager had left with the keys for the pool and didn't open pool on time

great employees an room. I found out after I arrived that they did not have shuttle service to the airport. they were very accommodating an allowed me to park my car on property so I could take a taxi. I would highly recommend this holiday inn express very good people.

The breakfast was ok. No complaint.
Since the facility has no USB ports in the room, there could at least be availability at the front desk. Need updating for much used cell phone charging. I did ask and was told there was nothing available to accommodate.
