The breakfast was disappointing, noise from the upper units carried down into our room, it sounded like people were walking on our foreheads, No was no grab bar to get into and out of the bath tub.

The staff were very friendly and informative. The room itself was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would definitely come back!

The lighting in the bathroom isn't the best for putting on makeup, but I made do.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear sex in the next room as if in my room. I don’t know if it would be cost-effective to try to renovate. Tear the place down.

Staff was as helpful as could be. Working as hard as they could to ready rooms though (necessarilly) very late.. Compliments to them. Beds and bathroom clean.

Unbelievably understaffed. The ones there should receive bonuses. Facility in serious state of maintainance. Check in area is tiny, cramped and, unpleasant. Lamps in my room not working. Staff supplied with noxious cleaning solvent. If your company can't do better than this please fold the business.

Being fair, this is a Super 8 motel, as such expectations needs to be adjusted for a 2-star property. For a 2-star it is adequate. While dated, the rooms were ok. Carpets definitely are old so perhaps wear slippers instead of going barefoot. Sheets and towels are getting thin and should be replaced soon but importantly - they were clean. The staff were all friendly and you can tell they are working hard and doing the best they can with what they have. WiFi was free, stable and pretty fast. Motel only had a few cars in the parking lot so it may be different of there were more people online. A message to the staff: you can all do better and I hope you all move onto better things.

Everything would have been acceptable except for the owner/manager. He's a smaller, older Asian dude who is incredibly rude. (I'm Asian so ethnicity has nothing to do with this review). On my last day I was getting ice from the ice making machine in the lobby, it is one of those typical big ones you see in many hotels. I had with me a "little playmate igloo cooler" which is 7 quart capacity. The ice bowl in the room is about 5 inches cubed (photo of it uploaded with this review). I just poured 1 ice bowl into the cooler and filling up a 2nd bowl. This is when the manager came running in from smoking outside to yell at me in front of others that I was only allowed 1 ice bowl from the machine. Given that I had just filled a 2nd ice bowl, I poured it in my cooler anyway. This made him escalate to screaming but I couldn't make much sense of what he was saying. I went to my room to return the ice bowl, then out to my car with luggage to leave. The poor gal who was working the front desk ran out crying saying that she was sorry he yelled at me. It was obvious this dude just took his anger out on her. I can't endorse any business that treats nice, hardworking employees like this and I hope nobody else tolerates it either. Also, shower didn't really drain so you're quickly standing in a few inches of grey water. Always a gross experience.
