Hotel was a good quiet area. Our room was a good size and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was a bit too hard for me, but that's just preference. When we checked out we waited for ten mins and no one came to the front desk, so we ended up leaving.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choices and something for everybody.
Not a complaint but more of a suggestion. Somewhere to hang clothes and a blow dryer would be fantastic.

The location was good and the property was well maintained. I loved the backyard! Lots of seating, a bbq and a lovely water feature.
The climate control unit was a bit noisy even when I turned it off.

Diane who did the breakfast was awesome! She was always very polite, lots of smiles and she was so sweet and made my grandson waffles! Please keep her! She made our stay worth it!!!!!
The ice machine was not working on our floor. The cleaning staff did a great job but they did not speak English so it was difficult for them to understand us

Room was over 2 hours late getting ready. No heat. Spa tub didnt work. Different room from the pictures when i booked.

Absolutely love the fire pit out back and staff is amazing especially the 2nd shift gentlemen (Matt) and the 3rd shift girl (Sarah) who always had a smile and great costumer service..
The beds was like sleeping on a bored absolutely no give at all, and woke up feeling like a pretzel.. The breakfast was sketchy as well and please stay away from the eggs if you don't want to stuck on a toilet for hours after, hash browns was soggy too... Pool was cold too apparently the heater broke in it the day we arrived

The staff was super friendly, engaged with my children and went out of their way to be helpful!
They could have cleaned a little bit every half hour during breakfast. By the end of the service it looked like a pack of wolves had eaten there. And the work out room needed an update with the peeling wallpaper and broken down treadmill.

The two front desk Ladies were exceptional, (Michelle and Sheree, I think) they were friendly, funny, helpful and were good at there job.
The breakfast was also wonderful, it had everything and anything you could want. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel before. Keep up the good work.

All the staff were so friendly and very helpful considering I have a disability, I could not have picked a better hotel than Best Western Plus Whitewater Inn, hat’s off to all the staff for making my stay EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you 😀😀

Breakfast wasn't bad
Shower head would not stay up kept sliding down the metal post. There was a 1/2 used bottle of shampoo only. Shower curtain to short so water all over the floor. No anti slip on bathtub so I slip and fell out of tub and hurt my arm and back. 1st night got 3 hrs sleep to.much noise no insulation between rooms and 1 inch gap under door. 2nd night 2 hrs sleep same problem. Room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day so had to go to front desk to get towels and shampoo. Also tub drain is clogged so very slow draining. Was in room 121
