Comfortable bed
Paper thin walls, the difficult and nosy management, the horrible looking neighboring area people drinking and yelling right outside my window all night.

The office staff was nice and there was complimentary tea, coffee, munchies
The bathroom smelled musty the radiator was rusty the tiles were cracked the chair was old the blankets were unappealing and had seen better days
