Prachtig uitzicht tijdens goed ontbijt

Prachtige locatie, ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, roomservice relatief goedkoop. Goed ontbijt (zeker vergeleken met wat we gewend zijn in de VS!!) We mochten langer blijven omdat de auto kapot was, heel erg vriendelijk!!

Pleasant . Breakfast was good.

It was very clean and pleasant.

There were stairs to get to our room that were not clearly marked.

We were extremely pleased with our stay , it is our halfway stop when we travel back from Fernie,B.C

Breakfast was excellent , loved the renovations , it had been before Covid that we had stayed at this hotel and the first time we were able to enjoy the beauty of the Lake.

Comfortable , clean and relaxing

Lobby is beautiful and staff welcoming. New carpet in the hallways. Very clean and comfortable.

Door was very sticky. I couldn’t open it. Husband had to really put his shoulder to it for it to open.

It was very clean, and updated, with a beautiful lobby

We would have liked to see a Best Western sign more noticable at the entrance, we weren't sure if we were at the right hotel, because the sign was hard to see

It was an average experience, I have stayed in many Best Western Plus hotels that were far superior.

breakfast was decent

The rooms desperately need an update. The furniture is old and it seems as if they tried to mask odors with a very harsh chemical smell. The dinner was very expensive and disappointing.

A nice property with a good staff. The food is good at the Paradise Grill attached to the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and a good location on the lake.

It could use some small upgrades.

Great comfortable stay with a gorgeous view.

What I liked about the hotel was the view of the lake from the room and restaurant. I didn't take advantage of the perks like the sauna or pool, but knowing that those options were available had me excited for a next visit. The continental breakfast was a plus! Overall, it was great experience.

The location was nice, but I found getting to the hotel difficult at first. The sign to the hotel didn't capture my attention and I thought it was the sign for the gas station. Other than that, I don't have much negatives.

Sons gonna go to college in Moses Lake so I will be staying here again

Breakfast was outstanding and the people working at the breakfast area did a very good job.

Great location for cross state travelers.

Location and breakfast.

Amenities were old or lacking. No elevator even though its a three-story property.

It hadn't been dusted. There was also spiderwebs around with young spiders. Spider sacks had hatched. Meaning they were there for quite some time.

I was really tired when I checked in. The front desk laughed when I said I got lost looking for my room. I didn’t find

waterfront setting

No tea in lobby or room. I was tired and it took 10 min to find my room at the end of a long hallway. Floors are irregular. you start on first floor which turns into second floor when you reach the hotel annex.
