Beautiful room. Frost Bar igloo's were a great experience. Top Notch service and hospitality. Pool and Hot tub were a welcome soak after a day walking Provincetown. Highly recommended!

Room was Comfortable.
Many advertised amenities were not available. There was no hot tub as advertised. There was no sauna as advertised. And advertised breakfast costing $27 was not available.

everything was very nice
The food was pricey

good location and extensive grounds. A step back into the past with modern amenities. the staff is great as well as the food.
The place is a popular place for weddings with multiple events happening simultaneously. This results in public areas being restricted and when it is bad weather this compounds the situation. Spending over $450 a night with a “per person resort fee” and being relegated to one outdoor option for a snack and drink in the pouring rain is what I guess you have to expect.

Facilities were great and room was really nice and well equipped
Slow service in restaurants all be it staff were very nice and friendly

the golf course and tennis are good facilities. a nice creative idea to use the vast front lawn for an outdoor relaxation area. Rooms were spacious offering good cupboard and drawer space.
Reception staff are slow, unhelpful and unfriendly, offering little effort and desire to help customers happily and efficiently. Service at the main restaurant is also extremely slow and inattentive. it takes an average one hour for breakfast for example! The quality of breakfast is also poor, there was no bottled water and it took 30 minutes to get some tomato juice. The air conditioning in the rooms seems very outdated, noisy when it comes on very strongly every 15 minutes, then stops.

Good size room, we stayed in the 2BR 2BA Presidential Bay Club villa. Lawn games and pizza on our first night were fun. Great idea for kids. The outdoor pool was nice but could be a bit bigger for the number of people. Short walk to the bay pines beach from the PBC rooms. Breakfast at the Ocean Terrace restaurant was very good. And our server, Stacey from FL, was fantastic. Concierge told us the Ocean Terrace was fully booked one night for dinner, but once she learned we were in the PBC, she quickly got us a table. I have mixed feelings about that - glad they recognized that we were paying more but not sure that's entirely fair to all, really.
We stayed in the 2BR 2BA Presidential Bay Club villa, I can't speak to the main hotel's rooms. My biggest complaint is that the rooms and common space in our building (Chatham) need to seriously be updated. They are dated and bordering on worn and dingy. The carpets especially are just old. They were clean, although the shared hallway space is a bit smelly (think wet dog). The curtains in our living room were somewhat broken, and one of the screen sliders didn't close fully. The kitchen could use some more variety in glassware, a paper towel holder, a towel bar, some basics like that wouldn't go amiss. All it would take is a couple hours of maintenance to sort out some of these things. But at almost $2k/night, that shouldn't be the case at all. Because our room was near the Bay Pines Beach path, it could be noisy at times. There are gas powered utility vehicles constantly milling about doing laundry and food runs, and they can be annoying if you're sitting on your deck or patio. Would like to see them switch to electric vehicles to keep it quieter. Also, the parking around there can be a bit tough on busy beach days. Would like to see some numbered spots reserved for the rooms. The outdoor pool behind Chatham has some type of drainage that you can see from the rooms. It makes a big milky puddle that isn't very nice. Another issue was there was no guide book of any kind in the room, something that would tell you the basics about the hotel. How the beach works (they set you up with chairs and stuff), how check-out works, which tennis courts to use, etc. We had to ask too many questions and felt a bit lost at times. Also, there was no "privacy please" door hanger in our room. Yeah, we could've asked for one, but again, for the money you shouldn't have to. Overall, it felt a little too much like we were on our own to figure things out. If we wanted that, we would've just gotten an AirBnB.

amazing views from the terrace bar. right by the beach too.
only downside is prepare for your car to be covered by pollen but that’s only down to be surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens

great hotel , good location, room was excellent, clean and the beach was lovely
the customer service (apart from the cleaners) was poor, communication was poor and slow , recommend staying for the rooms but go outside for service especially the kitchen cafe and JTs
