EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! Charles the concierge was so nice and helpful. I will definitely book here when I visit Houston! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The view from the master bedroom is absolutely beautiful. I will recommend Hanover to EVERYONE!!!

My TV box stopped working on Saturday and so I didn't have any TV for the last 4 days of my stay so that was very bad.

Location was great, room spacious and clean, parking plentiful and easy.
Hot water problems meant it kept running out after 5 mins. Very hard when travelling with two small children as we could not take a warm shower or bath.
