housekeeping staff is very good and breakfast is good
The friend at the reception, whom I thought was Indian, seemed to be forced to work there. Room number b12 is right next to the washing machines, the sound comes into the room hard to find a place in the parking lot at night, price was so expensive

Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, waterfront proximity. Clean room, spotless linens, nice clean linoleum floors (no stained carpet). Friendly and helpful employees!
The bathroom vanity had the external layer peeled off or broken, with sharp edges sticking out.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all great. WWE got a good deal on the hotel through Booking.com considering that this is already a holiday season.
The mattress on the bed was horrible, it sagged in the middle. It was impossible to get comfortable.
