Posizione ottima, Walmart e altre attivita' vicine 5 min a piedi, ma la cosa piu' fantastica di questo hotel ,nelle camere non c'e' la moquett . Un abbraccio a Mary della reception che non mi ha lasciata sola a brindare per il nuovo anno , non ha bevuto ma e' stata meravigliosa, grazie.

Ho scelto questo hotel perche' ho visto la piscina interna, poi pero' arrivata li era chiusa per manutenzione, comunque hotel nuovo

En una habitación a mi hijo le picaron algún bicho y traía picaduras y en el otro cuarto a mi me pasó lo Mismo creo les falta más higiene

Purpose of our stay was for medical appointments at Methodist stone oak. Couldn't have been more convenient. Everything great.

It was in a ok area, not a lot of people from what I seen. Stores were close and not busy at all. The bed was soft and clean.

The actual hotel looked clean but was not. Doors and handles hadn’t been wiped down. You could see stains from coffee or juice on the doors and closets. The pool had so much chlorine you couldn’t breathe when you opened the door to walk in. So the indoor pool was a waste if you can’t swim in it. There are no microwaves in the rooms so the staff had to heat my food. Yes, take it to the back of kitchen and do who knows what because you can’t see them. The next day a microwave was put on a cart. I was told the girl probably couldn’t pick it up to put on the cart the night before. It wasn’t heavy at all so staff just didn’t feel like it. The breakfast wasn’t hot once you put it on your plate. No microwave at breakfast. Breakfast times change depending on the day. So three day stay, three different times. Breakfast was not good at all. They made French toast and waffles on different days but cooked them to a crunch. No flavor or taste. If all you serve is breakfast at least make sure it’s good. Only three baggage carts for the whole hotel which I later saw are left on different floors. So we had to carry our bags in two trips to the sixth floor.

Breakfast was sub par to other hotel offerings. Placement of utensils, plates, etc. Was awkward. Worst eggs ever.slow on refilling everything.

Food. Furnishings ok. Sofas uncomfortable.

Everything was phenomenal!! The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious! They have a variety of foods to choose from. Great location ample parking space and GREAT staff! I will stay here again without doubts!

Coffee in the rooms was decaf only. I will suggest having regular coffee as an option

The people that cleaned our rooms they half cleaned.

Everything about this facility was phenomenal. We stayed for 2 nights(thurs-Sat) in a king room with a sofa bed, which my 6 yr old was absolutely ecstatic about. Our AC was set to 69 when we arrived, so we arrived in a cold room, which is exactly how we like it. The TV swivels between the bed area and the couch area. Bring a laptop if you have kids that will be sleeping on the sofa bed as the TV is right in the middle of the 2. The bathroom was spotless. No stains or anything that raised concerns anywhere in the room. I worked remote Friday morning and had no issues with the WiFi. I was able to enjoy the great hotel breakfast while I worked as well. Hotel staff was very tentative and friendly. Will book this hotel in the future for our visits to San Antonio.

My main ick was other loud guests sitting in the lobby cutting up. But this is out of the facilities' control. I'm all for a good time, but I also feel ppl should be considerate. The room also did NOT have a microwave. There is definitely room for one to be added, so I would suggest considering adding them to the rooms.

Rooms were clean and sufficient for family of 5. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The overall stay was good, but the staff made up for the lack of parking. Great location.

The shower and bathroom was older. The bed was very uncomfortable. The elevator was creeky and scary to ride on. Clean room, but not worth the price.

Everything, the staff was exceptionally very helpful very friendly I stayed there as my husband was in hospital for a week wanted to stay close,the room was great very clean the breakfast was great I had such a great time there would stay there again

The breakfast was incredible and the staff was so nice and accommodating - even with all the kids running around! They were extremely patient.
