Everything. The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent.

One day our room didn't get cleaned and we were out between 10am and 3pm on Monday. We know we were leaving in Tuesday but I do like my bed made if nothing else.

The check-in was fun - The front desk person had us laughing. The room was the cleanest room we stayed in all year.

I hate sliding bathroom doors. There just isn't enough privacy. The breakfast was disappointing. Seemed geared toward Hispanic foods.

Breakfast was fine. Location was good.

Immediately disappointed there was no pool, as the add we booked from had one listed. We had to buy a fan to cool the room as the AC vent blows directly at the wall. I had to tape my dresser drawer shut so it would stay shut. There was a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. Paper thin walls, we heard housekeeping banging around all day. No vending machines then charge twice the normal rate for snacks at the counter. Will never stay at another Hyatt again.

Great breakfast. Good selection and nice dining room.

Great breakfast great staff Brittany at the front desk was the best gave us awesome recommendations where to visit and the hotel itself was really clean 👌

The only down side was that one of the elevators was broken, so it took absolutely forever for it to come up and down an 11 or 12 story hotel. Also there is no stair access from the bottom floor. 😕 We would have happily used stairs because we were on the second floor . But the rest was great and we will be back when we come back to Colorado!

Room was very clean and well maintained.

Only 1 working elevator. First night, very noisy neighbors, people in the hallway between 10pm-midnight.

The pillows are terrible-really hard. Plus one elevator was out of order and apparently has been for weeks. It’s a huge pain in the neck to get anywhere in the morning to have everyone in an 11 story hotel using one elevator. After not being able to fit on two tries, we had to ride up just to get on so we could go down to the first floor. It was ridiculous.

Rooms were nice, staff pleasant, breakfast good

Everything was great with the exception of one of the elevators being down. This required long wait times to get to/from the room. I’m talking with other guests it was down the week before too

It was a very good hotel in a very good location.

The only things wrong with this hotel were paying for parking and being down to one elevator for the hotel.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, pleasant variety. Room was spacious, nice view from window, large bathroom. Always hot water. Tasty coffees and teas. Didn't use it, but nice to have the small refrigerator. Most important: staff was exceptionally helpful, resourceful, polite and kind. Made the stay very comfortable.

One of the two main elevators was out of order. Wasn't fixed the entire stay. Seems to have been out of order for a while. Not safe and inconvenient. Long waits for elevator, but stair case was a good option.

Great overall! Breakfast to the amenities it was a perfect spot for the area and close to downtown.

The hotel is NOT in Cherry Creek. I was looking for something right in the area comfortable walking distance to shops and restaurants - not on the busy street and outside of Cherry Creek. Very misleading.

The front staff were very personable, and we didn't have any issues.

Didn't like that we had to pay additional for parking.
