mattresses were soft and the corner bedroom has 4 windows with blinds only. street lights shined in. too bright to sleep. should have blackout curtains.

none of the toilets flushed . you had to take the tank apart for each use to make it flush

Easy access at a late hour

The bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs. This can be an issue for people with reduced mobility! North entrance to Yellowstone National Park closed and no way to cancel the booking in spite of unusual circumstances! Horrible breakfast at the restaurant next to Cowboy Lodge: Coffee like dish water! Don’t eat there!

the location and size were great. the decor was also nice

Kitchen missing a few critical utensils for cooking. Advertised a bbq/ grill but not stocked with propane and could not use as planned. Planned parking space was occupied and had to park down the street.

Didn't stay for breakfast.

I really disliked the food available for dinner. There were no options for vegetarians or fish-lovers. The salad was pretty basic.

Very expensive if consider we did not even had breakfast included. Also had to wait long for check in. parking is an issue. We stayed two nights and they did not even fit up the coffee pots for the second day.

Comfortable and definitely unique for someone who ants to spend a few days.

The rooms were clean and rustic. Good bed. Cowboy art. Personally I liked that it was in the heart of Gardiner, a tiny town I love, and with the window open you could hear the movement of the people and the night life. My room was above the restaurant. Since the ceilings on both are high, you could barely smell the wafting food smells - the restaurant was very busy and good good.

The toilet flushed with difficulty. An employee worked on it. I worked on it. They need to call a plumber and have it fixed. The stairs should be mentioned in the Booking ad. I could do them. Got my exercise. But some probably could not.

Loved the separate kitchen and size of room. Thanks for having all the necessary supplies in kitchen. We would definitely stay again . Did notice that freezer door did not fully close. Could not see how to turn off light in kitchen!

TV blocked a nice view. Room needs a couple lights that allow for reading.We needed more complete Instructions on operating apple remote.
