Kind of dirty

this hotel charged me for two nights when I canceled the second night upon my arrival!

being charged for an extra night when they said they would credit back my account bug never did!

how close it is to the ATV trails

for how much money we spent the rooms quality is just not there, the bathrooms were not that great, drains were dirty. dead bugs on the wall. just did not feel clean. our sheets were not that clean either.

Good breakfast, good location.

Room smelled like dog had stayed several days and pillow was super lumpy.

website said pool and hot tub were functioning. Got to desk at hotel and was told they were under maintenance. there was no sign of repairs or work being done. I suspect that they tell all their customers that. I paid $121 for that room. We hiked nine miles before arriving at the hotel. I wanted to soak in the hot tub. I am 71 years old, and i needed to be able to relax my muscles. what a disappointment. Room also smelled of cigarettes.
