I booked a room with two queen beds. When I got here I was given the wrong room with only one queen bed and told that everything was sold out and I cannot have the room that I booked.

The rooms were decent, about average for the price of the room. Our room had a kitchenette so we used that. We also had our dogs with us and there were no issues. The property is clean and everyone was friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Not much. We only stayed one night so we didn't get a chance to experience much... we were in and out pretty quickly.

seems like a little more noise coming from floor above than I’m used to (or maybe they were just heavy walkers), but I would stay again without hesitation.

Easy to find, comfortable sheets, spacious rooms.
Everything was great until the morning we were packing up to leave, when a roach crawled on the wall. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk person. She had me email the pictures to her. They typed in the email address, and both times it was invalid. They told me that the manager would call me that day and give me a full refund for the nights stay. I never got a call, no refund.

Everything!!! I just recently traveled across the US to relocate and spent the night in 11 different locations. This hotel was one of my favorites!

They were booked solid and our room got out of ordered before our arrival. We got a free upgrade to a giant King Suite about the size of our apartment. Very clean. Easy to check in and out with no hassle. 10/10 would recommend if you are staying the night in the area.

no breakfast, faucet loose in bathroom, front guest didn’t answer any of our calls, no designated safe place for tornadoes

The room was comfortable and large. The room seemed to be a good value for the price of the room. The facility was clean and in good condition.
The location is ok, but could have been better. I realize that there is not much you can do about it now, but the intersections nearby are not convenient.
