Location
The room was filthy. The sink was not cleaned. Stains on the rug and chair. The bedding was the worst. There was stains on the sheets and comforter. The bedding looked old. If we did not check in at 9pm after driving over 500 miles, we would not have stayed. A clean bed should be the least you can do as a hotel.
Do not stay there!
You can tell this place is poorly managed.

It was a little trendy and close to the airport.
Shattered window in room; large chip in toilet. We were double charged for the room and still have not received this back in the amount of $900. Customer service keeps giving me the run around, 5 days later.

Very conveniently located in relation to the airport. Well equipped and good amenities within the hotel. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom and bedroom itself has pretty much anything one would require.
Hotel offers free shuttle to the airport.
Far from the city centre and not easy to reach unless one has own means of transportation.
Breakfast only starts at 7 which means anyone travelling at dawn does not get the breakfast included.

Location
The hotel didn't live up to expectations. From the photos online it looks newly remodelled and most importantly, clean. It was certainly not clean (see photos) and had a musty smell. I knew immediately I wouldn't be back, especially when I could pay $20 a night more and get a much nicer hotel nearby. But, I felt it wasn't the worst place to stay, for the price. And then...
We were charged an extra $68 CAD, without our knowledge or explanation, even though we had prepaid through booking.com. I've reached out to the hotel through booking.con regarding this and have had no reply. This is outrageous! We were in the room for one night, and that totalled just barely over 12 hours from check-in to check-out, most of which we were out shopping. We don't smoke, drink, party, or do anything else that would otherwise risk us having an extra charge, and yet here we are. Even if the hotel had been immaculate, I wouldn't stay here again for this reason alone. I had seen other reviewers say they were charged extra fees as well, and thought it was a fluke. Apparently not.

The lace is really nice, rooms and common areas are well maintained and clean. most of the staff was friendly
We made a reservation for a room for 4 people but they overbooked the hotel to a group and when we arrived they offered a 2 person room with and inflatable mattress. The staff on that shift was not friendly, not giving solutions, basically not trained for customer service at all. We had to make our own bed, inflate our own mattress, and sleep in the floor. I spent the first 4 hour of my vacation dealing with them without a solution. Since it was a long weekend we had to stay there since there were no other decent accommodations to move to.

Location close to airport
This was my first and last stay at this hotel. I had to wait at least five minutes for someone to check me in. Once checked in I receive a call at 2am from front desk asking for my first and last name. I complained to front desk regarding gnats flying around room. I had to go out and buy bug spray. I tried to switch to another hotel but all were booked.
