The size of the room was great! We were happy with the cleanliness.
There was too much chlorine in the pool, it made swimming uncomfortable. However my kids still managed.

Nothing was enjoyable about this property.
Where to begin…..
There was an extremely loud humming noise that was as if you were standing next to a generator the entire stay.
The air conditioner fan was very loud and rattling. Sounded like a diesel truck anytime the air ran.
The dead bolt did not align properly so it was unusable. The door wasn’t hung correctly so there were large gaps all the way around the entire door.
The shower had hardly any water pressure with a high pitch squeal anytime that it was in use.
The piece down the middle of the headboard was broken off.
When I tried to switch rooms the front desk told me that there was nothing she could do. They would have to talk to general manager but wouldn’t know when they would be able to get back to them and they would have maintenance come check it out in the morning after we left.

We went through 3 rooms till we found one that was clean. It's like the staff just gave up and went home for the day and quit cleaning rooms.

It was straight down the road from holiday world
It's confusing that the hotel is on eastern standard time and holiday world is central but when I'm at my hotel instead of HW, my phone tells me a time in central instead of eastern, but that's all right.

The breakfast the staff but only one staff was bad she made us repay and it was a mistake
i think the breakfast should've been better theres a lot of stuff but no bacon or any of that good stuff

staff super friendly rooms were pretty clean
The pool was awful. Had the worst smell made our nose and eyes burn couldn’t even use it, and it was my son’s birthday the purpose of us getting a hotel room ruined our weekend.

The location was perfect since a snowstorm had begun!
First of all, finding the entrance to the hotel parking was terrible and confusing. We had to call the hotel to find out how to get there! The room was fine. The breakfast was terrible. The hot food was heated to order and was absolutely inedible.
The dining room was freezing cold. They were out of many items. We took cereal and hot drinks to the room.

The location has easy access to the highway. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful & the breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

About 6 min from holiday world
The blankets were not clean. The toilet had feces in it. The the beds were not comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable room and bedding. TV is a bit smaller than one would expect for a nice hotel as such. Property seems to be looked after regularly and taken care with pride. Clean parking lot, well surfaced lot not filled with potholes, cracks or loose gravel fills. Walked in to a nice small but clean lobby, hallways clean, elevators clean. Really enjoy a clean and well kept hotel stay. Breakfast was good too! Will book another stay next time I/we are in the area for a stay.
Only complaint would be the pool area. Very very warm area even in the evening/sun down and very strong chlorine odor in the air. Eyes start to burn within minutes of walking in the pool hall. Good thing of it, will kill the germs of many people getting in the pool and those who might have urinated in the water. Please don’t pee in the pool though!

Comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Hot Breakfast was good… most hotels aren’t doing this yet, so we were very happy to enjoy a warm breakfast and not have to leave early just to grab something to eat at a restaurant.
We were visiting holiday world for 2 days. Didn’t realize that only 7 min down the road we would be in a different time zone. This is obviously something that can not be helped, but it’s the only negative thing I have to say about this location. Definitely would stay here again.
