Amazing breakfast, spectacular property, very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Although everything was super clean and well maintained, I'm not a fan of sharing restrooms, but that's a personal preference and no reflection on the Inn.

Very nice place, feels comfortable and clean. There are cats inside (but if you're allergic, the owner will lock them away) and bunnies in the yard. Only 4 rooms, so no crowds, and breakfast is timed so you can have the breakfast room to yourself. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I got the last room, which comes with a shared bathroom -- tbh I'm not even sure who I was sharing with because it was always available, and well-stocked with stuff you may need. All in all, a great stay.

This is not a criticism but just know that the house is not in the pedestrian area of the town but on the south side -- you technically you need a car or walk a bit (but Oneonta is not big at all, so it's totally managable even without a car, and the natural environment more than makes up for it). Otherwise, nothing to mention, all good.

Great place - clean, comfy, friendly host. Plus a pretty cool baseball “shrine”! Will definitely be back!

Breakfast was excellent. Jerry did a wonderful job.

The shower needs an upgrade. I know there is limited space but a newer box with a nonslip floor and fixtures and a door to replace a curtain. Last but the most important to me was the total lack of any hand rails inside the shower. I am 79 years old and nothing terrifies anyone my age more than the shower experience.

Wonderful host and his kitties. Just so comfortable and really nice guests. Host was really good conversationalist and we shared many in depth discussions. Easy to come and go when we needed to.

I can't truthfully think of a thing.

The house and host Chris were very welcoming. Our room was spacious and loved having our own bathroom. Jerry made us some wonderful breakfasts and Chris gave us great visitor things to do.

I wish we could have figured out how to put our personal passwords in the TV. We figured it out on the last night. But that was on us.
