The concierge was very conscious of everything for us she called us the day before to make a reservation at a local rest

beautifully located on the lake view was breathtaking. Rooms are old, but they are very well-kept.

The restaurant was closed the first night we got there, but they called ahead and got us a reservation at a local restaurant

Our stay was a wonderful and relaxing experience! I highly reccomend the Otesaga!

The breakfast was wonderful. We were dissapointed to not be able to sit outside however as it was full. The eggs and omelet were fantastic!

We did not like being told that there were no accomodations for us for dinner and where we could not sit to eat it. It was a bit snooty and unfriendly. We ended up walking into town and having a great dinner there although it was not our plan to do so.

Friendly, attentive staff, priced right.

Centrally located one block from Main St. Cooperstown. Upgraded room for a small upcharge. Lance at the front desk provided a warm and friendly welcome. Vintage Resort, exquisite details, overlooking lake, meticulous accommodations and dining options.

Hmm, I’m not in the habit of looking for negative things. Bring back the Sunday Brunch and extend the hours thru 2pm.

We had a great time with eachother and the other guests, but the room was disappointing.

Breakfast was outstanding!

We asked for a lake view room and paid $50 more for it. It was on the fifth floor (elevator goes only to the 4th) and had teeny tiny windows. Hardly a great view!
