Room was spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Overall the hotel provided most of the stuff a hotel should and did it quite well.
The reception was unoccupied when I arrived to check in and I had to wait until someone appeared before I could check in. The location of the hotel is nice since it is in a walkable downtown area. However the parking lot seems very exposed and I did not feel 100% certain that my car was secure. Also, while the property offers a breakfast buffet as part of the deal, it is pretty sparse and they didn't even have any half & half for the coffee (only coffee mate (yuk!)). The room had a coffee maker but only decaf coffee and again, only coffee mate powder to put in it - not acceptable for these prices.

Lobby was very inviting.The area is used for breakfast . A breakfast is included their is plenty of room . In the evening can enjoy a nice alcoholic drink at the bar area .

that smell was also in the hallway and front desk.
we weee given a different room to which we
moved in the middle of the night and then it took
a while to get that smell out of our noses. the
hotel is on the other side of the street of a
fuel refinery!! (Google Map it)

The property is super clean & quiet and has a friendly, welcoming staff. We've stayed here twice and we'll be back for another stay soon. Highly recommend!

The rooms are very spacious and neat. The beds were very comfortable and I'm very picky about the beds. The breakfast was good but nothing to write home about.
The hotel is very nice but the main reason we decided on this property was they had a bar on premises. Their bar was not open and it had been a month since it had been closed. This should have been updated on the website. Also, there was a used "wet" towel hanging in the bathroom when we checked in. The A/C in the room was not able to keep up with the heat outside. I had it set at 70 because there was a sign on the thermostat stating that setting it at or below 69 would freeze the unit. The breakfast lacked drink choices. They only offered water, coffee and teas....no orange juice.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
We were told we could park outside our hotel room, but we could not. There was a loud party in the lobby. We could not hear it from our room, but people from the party were walking the halls.

fire alarm going off no staff anywhere to help or ask for help. luck no handicap with us. Lounge was OUT OF CONTROL when checking in. staff rude at checkin acted more like bouncers taking a door charge. breakfast not great at all.

Very nice, large room but also lots of generous extras like great towels, real glasses and cups, stationery! You could walk downtown to restaurants.
