The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sink in our room was clogged up. We forgot to report to front desk since we o n ly stayed one night. It was on the first floor.

It had a sauna which sold me on the property....oh, never mind it closes at 7pm.. who is at a hotel to lounge in the middle of pastures turned into a hotel development to sit in a jacuzzi, no one. The excuse was there was no lighting out there, yet they managed to have nice fire pits, hammocks, etc, but couldn't afford lights? If on business trip as I, when you are finished with work normally between 3 and 5pm, then you get cleaned up and go to dinner, then by the time you return to relax the pool and jacuzzi is closed...that was all that I liked other than a very important feature I've used many times in case of a emergency down pour of rain and that is the front awning. I travel with the back tops off my Jeep however under no circumstances would the unfriendly lady at the front say, sure if it comes up a unexpected down pour you can park under it for just the duration of the storm or rain, but nope she was as rude as I have ever seen in a hotel and I know all about the fire dept and busting through my vehicle if there is a fire, and trust me I own a 501c supporting them and they know who I am around all Pasco County as do the police and tow services. So not even a sure or maybe but flat out rather see my expensive Jeep, customized, sit in a down pour as a guest.

I'm over it, read above last part, NO host should rudly tell guest, NO you can't temporarily park under our awning if a sudden rain down pour comes up even if it is for just the duration of the down pour, I'm sorry but no.... So I said, well, I will park there if one comes up as Florida is known for, and I won't ruin over 12k of interior custom electronics which can handle getting wet but not a Florida white out that last 20 minutes or so.. SO I told her again, I will park there and good luck calling a tow truck that sees the emblem on the back of my Jeep and will tow it, because not a single one would tow it, again, they are first responders that we support locally in a 501c...

close to family

the chairs by the pool area are worn and tearing. Air conditioning unit seemed a little worn out. To be expected I assume.

very clean, friendly staff and super accommodating given the holiday weekend that I stayed. as a traveling nurse, they were my home away from home!
