the stay was really friendly at check in and at breakfast!
a little hard to find. I also got a ‘noise complaint’ at 5 in the afternoon…. with no one in my room. they stated I was walking too hard… so that’s a first.

The building was great. Free Laundry and gym are a plus.  comfortable bed. clean linens. Hot shower.
The hotel is directly next to a major highway. I could not sleep a wink iCan, hear every single car that passed by on the highway.  maybe the owner of the building should have invested in better insulation for the walls and windows to reduce the sound of the noisy Highway.

The size of the room was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk lady was extremely helpful. It was one of the best Hotels days that we can remember.

The front desk was super nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were super clean and very comfy. Great prices too.
The only thing I didn't like was the parking was limited and they didn't have extra sheet sets for the sofa bed. They did however provide them when asked.

Away from everything and felt like home….large nice rooms with Coach and small kitchen. Very clean!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast had a nice selection. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to downtown Knoxville.

Staff was just okay, not particularly friendly and didn’t follow up when the room was ready as they stated they would.

Literally steps away from a loud noisy freeway. Hotel was dated, dingy, dirty. Stale food.

I loved the property and the view we had from our room.
I felt like for it to be a Suite the couch and the bed were both very uncomfortable; like they were worn out and needed to be replaced. The other thing was for it to be a Suite the shower was extremely small.

kitchen lacked silverware…. no Kleenex in room…. linen supply scant for two adults overnight…. compared to Staybridge Gainesville not. “10”

It was quite and great location. we liked how it had a full size kitchen and separate bedroom.

Nice location, and most pet friendly.
The room we stayed the kitchen sink is not working, saw a cockroach on top of the kitchen counter, and the dishwasher is still on and give a bad smells in the room. I called the front desk about the dishwasher still on , I guess cannot do anything until it done. I talked to the front desk about the other problem she said, she will make a note for the maintenance.

Everything except room readiness.
Booking was for 3, only towels for 2 and 3rd bed(sofa) had no sheets. We got some from the desk had to make it ourselves and sheets were huge.

Cable tv didn’t work and when we went down for breakfast they had run out of waffle batter and didn’t have anymore
