liked the comfortable bed and the room was quite big! Even though we found a hair in the bath tub, the room was clean. we were happy for the free parking!

we went to this hotel because there was a snow storm and we couldn’t drive to our final destination. if you are staying in this hotel don’t pay for the breakfast.. it was really bad. there was very little choices, we came down at 9 and the breakfast was ending at 10. their run out of food and they told me they didn’t have food to fill again. they told us to come back for breakfast the day after for more food! plus I didn’t like the fact that they use paper and plastic glass, cutlery and plates for breakfast, so much waste..

Lots of amenities - a fitness center, small bar (got a drink ticket for a free beer upon check-in), dining area, and business center. Seems pretty new and very clean. Located very close to a couple gas stations, restaurants, and CA-14.

Not much, but I wish there were luggage carts readily available.

Newer facility, nicely designed with comfortable rooms and public areas.

Even though the room was attractive, large, and very clean, the experience of staying overnight at this facility was significantly compromised at the breakfast hour. Breakfast was scheduled to end at 9:00am—early for most tourist hotels—but when we arrived in the breakfast area at 8:50am, the hot breakfast offerings (eggs and potatoes) were gone. Thinking more hot food was forthcoming, we waited for five minutes and then went to the reception desk to enquire but were told that since it was almost 9:00am, no more hot food was available. The staff member at the reception desk further explained that the hotel catered to workers who got up early, so breakfast began at 5am and ended at 9 sharp. We responded that tourists often had different schedules with needs that also deserved attention. Regardless, we had no hot breakfast choices except for watery oatmeal and sausage links. There also were no trays provided for guests to carry the meal back to the room. Based on the above breakfast issues and the staff member’s unresponsiveness, we left this Best Western unsatisfied with our lodging experience.

I really enjoyed my stay because of the friendly staff, very clean room, bathroom is well stocked, room is bigger than I expected, clean and I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family
