We had a great appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each appartment is different as they seem privately owned. Our apartment was well equiped with a good kitchen, fire place and TV. The apartments are in the center of the Vail West, Lionshead which is a small center with good facilities and direct lift access. Vail Center is 20 minutes nice walk or the free shuttle bus.

One of the bedrooms had a small bed which was tight for 2 persons.

complimentary parking, proximity to vail village and caul mountain ski, nearby shops, bars, supermarkets. great service staff and amenities.

The location, the facility, the amenities, the V I E W! We had such a wonderful & peaceful weekend. Loved that everything was within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean & beautiful. Full kitchen with appliances & all you would need. Will definitely be back!

Nice property pretty close to the lifts. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the gondola at Lions Head. The condo was nice with comfortable beds, gas fireplace, kitchen and ski storage on ground floor. Staff was very nice and parking was included in an indoor lot in the basement. We had a minor issue (circuit breaker popped) and maintenance was there in minutes to address it.

There is one elevator and we had to wait for it from time to time. It is a fairly slow elevator. Like everything in Vail it seems overpriced for what it is. But that is just Vail. I also did not like carrying skis back and forth to the slopes. I wished they had a ski valet that could take the skis slope side. I'd happily pay for that. They Hythe hotel had that service and I was a little jealous!

Location

We paid almost $4000 for 3 nights. For that money we got a mousetrap apartment at the doggy yard on the first floor in front of the pool, very old one. I got to change the room and it was a BIG favour. The apartment for that money was so old and used. Appliances were very old. No a/c. Noisy. I needed a late checkout and I was rudely rejected. Plus the check out time on booking.com was from 10 to 11. I was told to leave the room at 10 sharp and if I need to stay I can use the bathrooms. The front desk is very unfriendly. Likely a nearby hotel kindly gave me a room with late check out, so we moved and enjoyed a halve ski day. I don’t recommend this place.

Great location and the room was exactly as shown on the site.

Cosy and very clean unit with walking distance to Gondola. The bed was comfortable, and the unit is even equipped with sauna room. However, we were packed with functions/activities, and had no time to enjoy it and the pool in the hotel.

I wish the bath room could be a bit roomier.

We loved the convenience to the gondola and the retail/restaurants of Lionshead.

Living area could have been slightly larger. It could not accommodate all 6 guests comfortably to enjoy the patio/main tv.

Our condo was not very clean and was somewhat rundown. The beds in the loft were terribly uncomfortable. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

Ease of location was great. The layout of the penthouse was nice.

We realize COVID curtailed certain services but the promised trash pickup and towel drop off didn’t happen.
