The location was perfect. There is a lot of public parking surrounding the property but it never felt too crowded. The beach is directly across the street and there were plenty of beach access spots and amenities. There were many amazing places to eat all within 5-15 mins away. The cottage was adorable and had all the little things to make the stay perfect. We loved the outdoor shower for the cottage and how beautiful the property is.

We stayed in the Blue Lagoon room and it’s adorable but our only dislike is the futon for the living room. While it’s great to have for an extra person sleep on it was uncomfortable to sit on.

Staff was rude during welcome and also called immediately when someone from a neighboring room walked in our room. Rooms were cute and clean but staff did not make us feel welcome at all.

Staff micromanagement

the location is wonderful especially for the families with small kids (quiet residential area, beach is just around the corner and the playground, no waves sandy beach, restaurants and grocery shops are 5 min drive). the cottage had two rooms which was very convenient for a family with kids, it was clean and had a private entry, parking was included). They got the room ready for us a bit earlier than check in time (at 12.30 pm vs 1 pm expected check in).

it is very overpriced, air conditioning is SO noisy and old so you would better assume you do not have one (I had to turn it off during the night and every time I tried to turn it on it kept my kids awake (not sure why they have not got the air conditioner updated for this price). It is tough without air conditioning when it is hot outside. to TVExtra person is charged extra (around 50 usd per each person - I had to pay for my kid even if the room did not change, just be aware of this increase in price).

Steps away from the beach and quiet location. Vintage vibe.

Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts even had a little Valentine's Day heart set up with our towel that had a few chocolates in it for us when we arrived ! Thanks for that. Nice touch.

The shower / shower curtain. With the shower being so small and the (Very Nice) rainfall shower head, there was not a lot of room to actually get soaped up to wash without the shower curtain sticking to you or you have to stay in the water and the soap washes off before you're all soaped up... Silly maybe, but it makes a difference to me.
